The ColdKey™ stainless steel straw keeps plastic off your drink; the SoftSip™ silicone tip keeps the steel off your teeth. An easy-open rubber grip means you never touch the straw itself. The engraving is cut into the powder coat with a laser rather than printed on top of it. That matters on something handled this much — a decal lifts at the edges, fades in a hot sink, and wears off against a cup holder. Engraving does none of those things; it's part of the finish now. You choose the words; we engrave them. It's yours, and it's quiet about it.
It rides in the cup holder on the drive out, comes out at the field still rattling with ice, and sits under your chair through two hours of other people's heats. Hand wash only — this one is not dishwasher safe.
Warm water, mild soap, and a soft sponge. Skip abrasive scrubbers, which dull the powder-coated finish.
The Ü-Turn™ lid comes apart so you can get into it properly. Rinse the straw through after anything other than water.
Never microwave it — the body is stainless steel.
Dry it before it goes back in the cupboard.
The engraving is cut into the powder coat rather than printed on top of it, so there is nothing to peel, fade or wash off. It will look the same in five years as it does on day one.
Shipping & Production
Every tumbler is engraved to order — the blank is pulled and the artwork is cut into the finish one at a time.
Because the engraving is made to your spec, we'll email a proof to approve before anything is cut — usually within 1–2 business days.
Once you approve it, production takes about 2 business days. US orders then ship in 2–5 business days. European orders take 10–30 business days to arrive after production.
