Return & Exchange Policy

At C.LYNN&CO, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Standard (Non-Personalized) Items

We accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.

Personalized & Custom Items

Because personalized and custom items (including custom varsity knit cardigans, custom denim jackets, and any item personalized with a name, number, or custom details) are made to order specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned.

However, if your personalized item arrives with a defect or misprint — such as incorrect spelling, wrong colors, or a print quality issue — we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we will make it right.

General Conditions

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are final sale. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.
