Custom Euros Bomber Jacket
Recycled polyester shell over quilted padding, with a ribbed collar, cuffs and hem that hold the bomber line instead of letting it drift. YKK snap domes down the front — the kind that still close in year three. Two side pockets for your hands, an internal patch pocket for the things that get lost in a parking lot, and invisible lining access so the inside stays clean. The shell is spun from about thirty-eight half-litre bottles that didn't go to landfill. In black.
The back carries the full lockup — EUROS across the shoulders in cream, the sport beneath it in script, EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS and the year set under that with the crest. The front left chest repeats it small, with the year on the right. Their surname rides one sleeve above the German flag; the Stars and Stripes and the laurel crest sit on the other. You give us the name and the sport; we build the panel and send it back for your eyes before it goes anywhere near a press. It reads like a team, because it is one.
You have done the drive to a gym in another country for a Saturday that starts at seven. The hotel breakfast at six, the bus with the curtains shut, parents flying in from three bases to sit together in a gym none of them have been to before. This is the jacket that comes home from that. Ten years out nobody remembers the score of the third set — they remember whose name was on the sleeve next to theirs. Here for the love of it.

The design is a direct-to-film transfer, pressed into the shell under heat so it flexes with the fabric rather than sitting on top of it.
Machine wash cold — 30°C / 86°F at the most — on a gentle cycle, with like colors
Turn it inside out first, and close the snaps so they don't catch the padding
Non-chlorine bleach only, and only if you need it
Tumble dry low, or hang it to dry
Do not iron over the design. If you have to press the shell, use a cool setting and lay a cloth over it
Do not dry clean
Heat is the one thing that shortens a transfer's life, and it flattens quilted padding too. Skip the hot cycle and you keep both.
Shipping & Production
Every jacket is made to order — the blank is pulled, the artwork is printed to film and pressed, and it's finished one at a time.
Because the panel is built from a file we make for your athlete, we'll email a proof to approve first — usually within 1–2 business days.
Once you approve it, figure 5–10 business days to make and ship.
Ordering for a team? Give yourself a month before the date you need them. A team order is one design with a name swapped per jacket, and we'd rather build it right than fast.
