Custom Boxy Football Jersey
Two fabrics doing two different jobs. The yoke and sleeves are a silky stretch knit; the body is heavy mesh — the open kind you can see the light through. Two-way stretch, moisture-wicking, and cut boxy: wide through the body, dropped at the shoulder, short enough to wear over denim. Every color on it is printed rather than sewn, which is the reason you get to choose them.
This one's made with you. Your team across the chest, your letter behind it, a number at the shoulder, and a name and number across the back. Your colors run through the yoke, the sleeve stripes and the collar. You give us the team, the name, the number and the colors; we build the file and email you a proof. It reads like a team, because it is one.

The design is printed into the panels before the jersey is sewn, so there's no transfer edge to lift and nothing sitting on top of the mesh.
Turn it inside out before washing
Machine wash cold or warm on a gentle cycle — 30°C / 86°F maximum
Mild detergent, with similar colors
Hang dry for longest life, or tumble dry on low
Iron inside out on low if you need to, and never directly over the print
No bleach, no fabric softener, no dry cleaning
Keep it out of a load with denim, zippers or velcro. Mesh pills where rough fabric rubs against it.
Shipping & Production
Every jersey is made to order — the panels are printed first, then cut and sewn one at a time. Nothing comes off a shelf.
Because the artwork is built from a file we create for your team, we'll email you a proof to approve first — usually within 1–2 business days.
Once you approve it, delivery in the US runs about 7–9 business days. Figure two to three weeks start to finish.
Shipping to Europe takes longer — around 12–15 business days, plus whatever customs adds at the other end.
Ordering for a squad or a student section? Give yourself a month before the date you need them. A team order is one design with a name and number swapped per piece, and we'd rather build it right than fast.
