The short version: we'll text you about your order and the occasional drop. We won't flood your phone, and you can stop any time by replying STOP.

About the program

C.LYNN&CO operates a text messaging program for customers who choose to receive it. Depending on how you signed up, messages may include order and shipping updates, new releases and restocks, early access, team and group order information, and occasional promotions.

The program is available to mobile numbers in the United States. We are not currently able to deliver text messages to numbers outside the US.

How you join

You join by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts — at checkout, through a sign-up form on clynnco.com, or by texting us first. By doing so you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from C.LYNN&CO at the number you provided.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy from us without ever joining, and leaving the program does not affect your orders.

Message frequency varies.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan. Check with your carrier if you aren't sure what yours includes.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel. You'll receive a single message confirming you've been unsubscribed, after which we will send no further texts. If you want to rejoin later, sign up again the same way you did the first time.

Opting out of texts does not opt you out of email. Those are managed separately — the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails handles that side.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers supported include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Alltel, Cricket, Cellcom, C Spire, and others.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and on factors outside our control, so we can't guarantee that every message arrives or arrives on time.

Who can sign up

You must be at least 18 years old to join. You must also be the account holder for the mobile number you give us, or have permission from the account holder to sign that number up.

Your information

We use your mobile number to send the messages described above and nothing else. We do not sell your number. Our text messaging is delivered through Klaviyo, our email and SMS provider, which processes your number on our behalf.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to participate in the program after an update means you accept the revised terms.
